In severe cases of emetophobia, a person may drastically reduce their food intake. Very few people have heard of emetophobia - a fear of vomiting. Many of the people who have emetophobia are diagnosed with anorexia, or other eating disorders. There are no easy answers to emetophobia, any more than there are with other phobias.
